Create your order
Click "Buy Fireworks" on our top navigation bar and browse our selection of 1.4G consumer fireworks. Watch videos, read the descriptions, and add your favorites to your cart.
Review your order
Found everything you want? Go to your cart and make sure the items and quantity you want are correct.
Unsure about an item?
Click “Save It For Later” in your cart and come back when you are ready.
Proceed to checkout
If everything looks correct, click "Proceed to Checkout."
Review your Billing/Shipping Information
Make sure your name, address, phone number, and email address are correct. Your order will be created with this information, and a Sales Representative will contact you with a finalized order sent to the email you listed.
Different shipping address? Click the box next to "Ship to a different address?" and enter the correct shipping address.
Review your order, again!
Confirm your order for accuracy before submitting. Note discountable vs non-discountable totals.
Review your subtotal carefully, as it determines your discount tier (10%, 15%, etc.).
Discountable vs. Non-Discountable:
Discountable Total: The cost of all Non-Overstock cases.
Non-Discountable Total: The cost of all Overstock items in your order.
Select Ship
Under Delivery select "Ship."
Submit Order
Click "Submit Order."
When do I pay?
We do not require payment information before you click "Submit Order." Submitting your order gives us the information we need to start processing it.
PLEASE NOTE:
Online orders must be paid in full and shipped within 10 days of submission.
If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
No inventory will be held without payment.
Thanks for your order!
Once we receive your order, one of our processors will enter it into our system, apply any applicable discounts, and calculate the freight rate.
Check your email
After processing, a Sales Representative will email you a copy of your order to review within 24–48 hours.
I did not get an email.
Please check your Spam or Junk folder, as our emails are occasionally flagged and delivered there.
Final Order Review
When your Sales Representative emails your updated order, review it carefully one more time:
- Check your items: Make sure all products, quantities, and details are correct.
- Verify your discount: Confirm the discount applied to your Discountable Total.
- Confirm shipping details: Review the “Ship To” section (Residential, Business, or LTL Terminal). LTL Terminal: The address you originally provided may not be the final qualifying shipping address we use.
- Review freight costs: Your freight rate will appear at the bottom of the order.
Once everything looks good, you are ready to proceed!
Change/ Confirm your order
After reviewing, email or call your Sales Representative with any additions, changes or corrections.
If everything is correct, let them know you are ready to move forward.
Submit payment
Once confirmed, your Sales Representative will email you payment options and details needed to collect payment.
Ship it out!
Once your payment is received and processed, we will schedule shipment to the ‘Ship To’ address on your order.
Important: Please review the shipping address on the PDF copy sent by your Sales Representative. The address you originally provided may not be the final qualifying shipping address we use.
Once your shipment is scheduled to ship, you will receive an email from your sales representative or [email protected] with a PDF attachment that will provide:
- Your paid invoice.
- Your tracking number.
My tracking number is not working.
- Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
- The shipment must be scanned and received at the freight carrier’s terminal.
- The tracking number may have been entered incorrectly.

Your shipment is on its way!
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is your responsibility to track it and be aware of the estimated delivery date.
Here is what to expect by shipping type:
- Residential Address:
- You must be at home to receive the shipment.
- The LTL carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
- Business Address:
- Delivery will occur during regular business hours.
- You may request a scheduled delivery for an additional fee.
- Terminal Pickup:
- You are required to call the freight terminal to arrange pickup.
- Orders must be collected within 24–48 hours of arrival to prevent additional storage charges.
- Please note that most terminals are closed on weekends.
- In some cases, the freight carrier’s terminal will call you to schedule a pickup date. Please answer or return the call promptly. Missed calls, unfamiliar numbers, or full voicemails can delay or even cancel your delivery.
Shipping to an LTL terminal
When your order ships via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, the shipment will be delivered to the freight carrier’s local terminal, where you will need to pick it up.
You are required to call the freight terminal to arrange pickup. In some cases, the freight carrier’s terminal will call you to schedule a pickup date. Please answer or return the call promptly. Missed calls, unfamiliar numbers, or full voicemails can delay or even cancel your delivery.
What is an LTL terminal?
An LTL terminal is a facility operated by a Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping carrier, not by our company. Think of it as a freight depot where shipments from many different senders are brought together.
Important:
- You are not coming to our warehouse or location.
- The terminal belongs to the freight carrier, not Wholesale Fireworks.
Terminal hours & access:
Please note:
- Terminals are only open during weekday business hours (usually Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM).
- They are closed on weekends and holidays.
- You will have 24–48 hours to pick up your order once it arrives.
What you will need:
- A valid government-issued photo ID.
- A vehicle large enough to safely transport your items.
- Straps, blankets, tarps, or protective materials (terminals do not typically provide these).
