Mississippi Consumer Fireworks
Specifically Permitted:
Consumer fireworks as defined by the CPSC containing 2 grams or less of explosive composition including cone fountains, small Chinese crackers, small non- explosive Roman candles, and rockets. Nonexplosive sparklers are permitted.

June 15 - July 5 and December 5 - January 2
Age of Purchase:
12 years of age.
