General Policies

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to purchase fireworks.
  • No special license is required to purchase cases.
  • Online orders are for case purchases only. Cases are not eligible for Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get 2 Free coupons.
  • Retail pieces are only available for in-store purchase: Coupons apply exclusively to retail in-store purchases.
  • Discounts do not apply to Overstock cases (already marked down 42%).
  • Quantities subject to change due to inventory availability.
  • Wholesale Fireworks reserves the right to limit the number of cases ordered per item.
  • Pricing/discounts subject to change due to logistics/import issues.
  • Only in stock items are available for online ordering. No preorders.
  • No Online orders processed July 1st - July 10th.
  • No LTL truck freight shipments June 23rd through July 10th, except for novelty/wedding sparkler ground order.
  • Walk-in case orders may experience longer processing times.
  • 4% Ohio Safety Tax Fee:
    • As required by law (effective May 18, 2022), all retail and case sales are subject to a 4% Ohio Safety Tax Fee. This fee applies to all in-store purchases and pickup orders at all locations.
    • The 4% Ohio Safety Tax Fee does not apply to shipping orders.
  • We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors that may have occurred.
  • This product will be sold on the basis that the purchaser will use or resell in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • Packing Example (Item #09034 – Snaps 6/50/50):
    • The case contains 6 display boxes (first number).
    • Each display box contains 50 smaller boxes (second number).
    • Each smaller box holds 50 snaps (third number).
  • Item Description Key:
    • SF – Straight Fire
    • AF – Angle Fire
    • MD – Multi-Directional Fire
  • Stock Status:
    • In Stock – Item is available.
    • TBD – Arrival date to be determined (cannot be added to cart).
    • Bold Font – New item or new packing.

Payment Policies

  • No payment is required to submit an order.

    • Shipping Orders: Once your order is confirmed, your Sales Representative will email you payment options and details. Payment must be completed before your order is shipped.

    • Pickup Orders: Payment will be collected when you pickup your order at our Hubbard, Ohio location.

  • Credit Card Payments (all required for order processing):
    • Copy of driver license or a valid government-issued photo ID
    • Copy of the front & back of the signed credit card

    • Completed Purchaser’s Form
    • Documents may be faxed to (330) 534-0427 or emailed to your sales representative before processing.
  • Money Orders & Cashier’s Checks:
    • Make payable to: Wholesale Fireworks.
    • Please wait until your sales representative contacts you with the total before sending payment.

Shipping Policies

  • All orders must ship to U.S. addresses. We do not offer international shipping.
  • Minimum requirement to ship an order is $300.00.
  • Freight priced on an individual order basis.
  • Freight must be prepaid on all orders.
  • No shipping to: California, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Post Office Boxes.
  • Licensed fireworks companies may qualify for shipment if they are located in states where fireworks are legal and fully compliant with all state, county, and municipal regulations.
  • No shipping of Wedding Sparklers to: California, Canada, Hawaii, Kansas, Oregon, Massachusetts, New York, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Alaska, or Post Office Boxes.
  • Shipping of approved consumer fireworks is available for Connecticut and Minnesota.
  • 1.4g fireworks ship via LTL truck freight.
  • Shipping costs start at $150.00. Additional charges for Express LTL Truck Freight.
  • All freight quotes are valid for 7 days. We reserve the right to re-freight if the order does not ship within 7 days.
  • Ship to options: Residential, Business, or carrier terminal:
    • Residential Delivery:
      • Additional charges applicable.
      • You must be present at home to accept shipment.
      • Address needs to be approved by Wholesale Fireworks to verify that a semi-truck can deliver to your residence.
    • Business Delivery:
      • Must be present to accept shipment.
      • Business owner must approve delivery of Hazardous Materials.
    • Freight Carrier Terminal Pickup:
      • Wholesale Fireworks will select a convenient freight terminal for you. Your order confirmation will list the terminal name and address under Ship To.
      • Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of arrival. After that, the carrier will charge storage or dock fees, which will be billed directly to you.
      • You are required to call the freight terminal to arrange pickup. Your Sales Order confirmation will provide the freight terminal phone number. In limited cases, the freight terminal will call you. Please answer or return the call promptly. Missed calls, unfamiliar numbers, or full voicemails can delay or even cancel your delivery.
      • Orders containing only novelty/wedding sparklers ship via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping (rush, 2nd-day, next-day, overnight) is not available for sparklers. Shipping begins at $15.00.

Invoice & Tracking Information

  • Consumer Fireworks (1.4g): Invoices and freight tracking will be emailed directly from [email protected].
  • Wedding Sparklers: Invoices will come from [email protected]. UPS will send tracking information separately, directly to your email.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, contact Wholesale Fireworks Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm EST at (800) 356-9626.
  • If the shipment is damaged, have the carrier note the damages on the bill of lading. Promptly notify Wholesale Fireworks for claims assistance.

Pickup Policies

  • Scheduled Pickups: Online orders must have a scheduled pickup date and time.
  • Pickup Location: All online orders are picked up at our Hubbard, Ohio warehouse: 2665 N Main St, Hubbard, OH 44425. On the Ohio-Pennsylvania border, halfway between Cleveland and Pittsburgh, off Interstate 80 at Exit 234.
  • No minimum requirement for in-store case purchases
  • Payment: All payments are made at the time of pickup.
  • ID & Payment Verification: A valid government-issued photo ID must match the credit card used for the order.
  • Warehouse Hours: The warehouse closes 30 minutes before store closing time. Please allow enough time to:
    • Review your order for additions
    • Browse the showroom
    • Allow our warehouse team to pull your additional items
  • You may send someone else to pick up your order, but you must provide Wholesale Fireworks with the authorized person’s name prior to pickup. The individual must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID.

Return Policies

  • No Returns: All sales are final.
  • Misfires: While occasional misfires can happen, please return the items to the store where they were purchased. We will inspect them and make it right.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspecting products first-hand helps us identify potential manufacturing issues and work with our factories to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Product Issues: If you experience a problem with an item, please contact us Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST at (800) 356-9626.
