Specifically Permitted:
Items that comply with reguations of the CPSC, DOT definitions and trick noisemakers.
Specifically Prohibited:
Manufacture, possession, sale or use of “illegal ground salutes,” fireworks containing more than 2 grains of explosive composition.
Selling Period:
June 20-July 10 and December 15-January 2 Sales from tents or motor vehicles are prohibited.
Age of Purchase:
16 years, unless accompained by an adult.
