As we move into 2022, we would like to thank you for another successful year in 2021. As we begin to formulate a strategy for the upcoming season, we are still facing many challenges due to the ongoing pandemic. The biggest challenge, and the driving force behind the price increases across the consumer fireworks industry, is the shipping industry. Shipping costs have continued to rise and show no signs of letting up. In addition to the annual shutdowns for Chinese New Year, production is also being affected by the upcoming Olympic games in Beijing. Factories have been ordered to cease production during the duration of the games. Production and shipping is currently scheduled to resume at the end of February. We will continue to work with our vendors, factories and freight companies to confirm production and shipping schedules.

The good news is we have been steadily receiving shipments since August. We currently stock a wide variety of products from all our vendors, which include AFW, Shogun, Hopkee, Pyro Planet and DisplayFireworks1. We also have a number of shipments currently on the water expected to arrive in the next month.

With our current inventory and what has already shipped, we are pleased to announce that we will continue to run our Buy 1 Get 1 Free and Buy 1 Get 2 Free promotions on retail sales. We are also in the process of finalizing our 2022 Price List and discount structures. A release date has not been set as we are still awaiting final production updates from our vendors.

All coupons and price lists can be found on our website (wfboom.com). We are anticipating another product shortage in 2022 due to domestic freight delays and limited bookings for fireworks containers. Pricing is also subject to change due to fluctuations in freight costs. We encourage you to buy early and save as all promotions and discounts may not be available as we move closer to the Fourth of July.
